The newest concept from Chef Crista Luedtke of boon eat + drink, is a fun fresh take on all your favorites from around the world. Helming the kitchen along with friend and long time chef de cuisine, Carlos Mendez of boon, the flavors are bound to take you on a ride to remember!

It’s about…my journey, its Travel-inspired, its Global street food, and a sprinkle of some Childhood favorites. It’s a true food adventure. Expect fun interpretations of some street food classics, fast food favorites, and so much more. The drink menu is equally fun and adventuresome with a portfolio of worldly beers, wine and fun low ABV cocktails.

We think food should be fun, tasty, and memorable. Food tells a story, it connects us. It reminds us of a place and a time. Food takes us on a journey. Whatever journey you’re on, we’re just glad to be a part of your trip.
